MAUI ONION FESTIVAL
August 5 - 6, 2006 • 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Whalers Village will host the 17th Annual Maui Onion Festival featuring gourmet delights,
celebrity chef demonstrations, a raw Maui onion eating contest, a Maui produce open market,
recipe contests, and free entertainment. Admission is free.

MAUI CHEFS PRESENT... ROCK 'N' ROLL WOK OF FAME
September 1, 2006 • 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm
The 14th Annual Maui Chefs Present ... Rock 'n' Roll Wok of Fame is a tribute to the eras of
rock from the 1950s to the present time (six decades), showcasing twelve of the island's most
innovative chefs in an elegant dinner and cocktail party at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa
in Ka'anapali Beach Resort. Paid admission includes an evening of 28 gourmet dishes, wines,
open bar, entertainment, silent auction, and valet parking. A portion of the proceeds benefit
the Maui Chefs scholarship for the Maui Culinary Academy. Free parking with shuttle service to
hotel. Tickets: $130 (adults 21+ please).
